Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors to our website, users of our tools, and customers purchasing products from us through our website or related sales channels.

Products

We sell design objects and accessories. We aim to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, and other information are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations may occur, especially where products involve small-batch production, handmade finishing, color variation, or natural differences in materials and display settings.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to availability and acceptance by us.

You will normally receive an order confirmation by email after placing an order. This confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or incorrect product information.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and, where applicable, include VAT or other taxes as required by law unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, or other additional costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.

Payment must be completed before an order is dispatched. We reserve the right to use third-party payment providers to process transactions securely.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes indicated on the website or in the order confirmation, but delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect address details provided by the customer, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in the order.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing from within the EU or where equivalent consumer laws apply, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins the day after you or a person appointed by you receives the item. If we fail to provide the legally required withdrawal information, that period may be extended.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at hello@simulacraobjects.com before the withdrawal period expires. A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

You may inspect the product in a way comparable to what would be possible in a physical store. However, you may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply in certain legally excluded cases, including where goods are clearly personalized or custom-made for the customer, or in other situations where an exception applies under mandatory consumer law.

Faulty or defective products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Returns and refunds

Refunds approved after withdrawal or a valid complaint will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product names, designs, renders, photographs, layout, and tools, is owned by or licensed to Simulacra and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the website or its content without prior written permission, except as explicitly allowed under these Terms.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Sigil Generator — License and use

The Simulacra Sigil Generator allows users to create and export original SVG graphics.

All SVG files generated through the Sigil Generator may be used freely for both personal and commercial purposes, including branding, digital applications, physical products, and resale.

You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the generated SVG outputs without attribution.

This license applies only to the generated output and does not include any rights to the Simulacra name, logo, branding, or identity.

You may not:

• use the Simulacra name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement, or ownership
• resell, replicate, or distribute the Sigil Generator itself, or create competing tools based on it
• claim the Sigil Generator or its underlying system as your own work

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Sigil Generator at any time.
